This is a budget-friendly option for anyone who wants access to high-quality programming from a certified personal trainer (not just some random fitness chick on Instagram!) but maybe can’t commit to 1:1 training. You will receive 2-3 personalized workouts per week (whichever is the most realistic for you to accomplish in this season of life), that are tailored to your specific goals, skill level, and the equipment that you have on hand.

All workouts are delivered through a personalized app that allows you to track your weights, features a built-in timer, and even alerts you when you hit personal bests to keep you motivated and aware of your progress along the way!

You’ll also find an accompanying video for each exercise to ensure proper form and technique, so you can approach every workout with confidence!
