…and now I’m here to share my lessons!
I believe that the most effective coach should be able to walk the walk on whatever it is he or she is coaching on. Think about it, would you ever take financial advice from someone who’s broke? No. Or marriage advice from someone who's been through three divorces? (Ok, maybe...but definitely with a grain of salt). Well, the same principle applies when you’re looking for a coach or mentor.
Coaching just hits differently when it comes from someone who’s lived what they’re teaching.
You can feel the difference between someone who’s been in the trenches and someone who’s just regurgitating textbook advice and inspirational quotes. One feels relatable and authentic and the other is just a motivations speech that you’ll forget five minutes later.
I’ve been doing this work for over 7 years now. Not just teaching it but actually putting it into practice in my own life. I’ve faced my own self-doubt, setbacks, and shortcomings, and that’s the place I coach from. I’m not here to be your guru or claim i’ve got it all figured out. I’m here because I’ve tried (and failed) at a lot, learned from it, and coached enough people to know how to tailor my message to your unique journey.
At the end of the day, experience is the name of the game, and I’ve been playing it long enough to feel confident in the fact that if you’re ready to work, I can help you get to where you want to be!
Where it all began —
Spoiler: I was a hot mess.
I haven’t always been the confident person that I am today. My early years were riddled with insecurity, self-doubt, and a fear of abandonment that impacted my relationships and sense of self-worth.
For a long time I viewed myself as a victim of unfair circumstances and leaned on that belief as a justification for why I was leading a mediocre life. It wasn’t until I decided to take a hard look at myself, diving into fitness, self-reflection, and personal growth, that I realized that I actually had the power to curate the kind of life I wanted to live.
Through disciplined action and a commitment to stepping out of my comfort zone, I’ve learned what it means to trust myself, to lead with integrity and authenticity, to show up consistently for myself, and to build strength from the inside out.
These aren’t skills you can learn overnight, and they will forever remain a daily practice, but it is the journey that I’m excited to walk alongside you, because I’ve seen what life can look like once you’re Rooted in who you are and clear on where you’re going.
Let’s be clear on one thing…
I AM NOT A GURU
The feedback I receive most often from clients is that they value my authenticity—that I live what I preach. I don’t claim to be a master of anything. I’m simply someone who has experienced, learned, and grown, and I’m here to share what I’ve found to be the simplest, clearest, and most impactful insights, hoping to save you time, energy, and unnecessary setbacks.
I am not your guru or your hero. You know yourself best; my role is to be your GUIDE, offering confidence and permission to take that leap you’ve always wanted, and pushing you just a bit beyond the comfort zone you’ve set for yourself. I aim to be a resource, helping you get from where you are to where you want to be—because I’ve done the learning, the falling, the getting back up, and now I want to help you navigate a smoother journey with fewer bumps along the way.
The beauty of the work that we will do together is that, because we are ever-changing,the work is ever-changing as well. My job is to stay curious about the world, about my own growth, and about how we can continually evolve so that I can continue to refine the tools that I offer to you.
