The magic of this program lies in the accountability and connection that we create together. But that fire only burns if everyone contributes, engages, and participates. But if you’re not in a place to commit, that’s ok too! I just ask that you’re honest with yourself about that so you don’t waste your money!

FULL BODY TRAINING
Three workouts a week designed for strength and mobility. All you need is dumbbells and a few household items--no fancy equiptment required if you don’t have access to a gym (though if you do, thats great too!) Workouts are delivered through a personalized app, allowing you to track weights and monitor your progress along the way.

EXCLUSIVE PODCAST CURRICULUM
Each week’s curriculum is delivered in podcast form, available only for members of Rooted Foundations. The episodes will guide you through the week’s focus, providing insights, motivation, and practical advice to deepen your growth journey.

Nope! This program is designed to be flexible. You can do the workouts at the gym if that’s your preference, but they’re also completely doable at home with basic equipment like a couple different sizes of dumbbell weights, a chair you can step onto, and your couch!

Yes and no. Rooted Foundations is an 8-week program with weekly lessons and workouts, but you can work through the content on your own schedule. You will also have access to the workouts for 30 days past the end of the program, in case life got busy and you had to take a pause.

Absolutely! The program is designed to meet you where you are at. So whether you’re new to fitness or just looking to get back into a routine, the program includes modifications and clear guidance to help you feel confident everu step of the way.

On average, you’ll need about 4-5 hours a week. This includes three 45min-1hr workouts, time to read your weekly resources, complete journal prompts, and listen to the weekly curriculum audio.It’s designed to be manageable and not overwhelming---even with a busy schedule--while still delivering results.

Nope! The program is completely online, so you can access it from annywhere in the world. The only thing it might affect is the coaching calls, which are scheduled in Eastern Time. But don’t worry-- I alwyas take a poll of the group and do my best to find a time that works for the majority of partiicpants. If you can’t make a call, no worries---i always ask those who did come to drop their key takeaways in the team chat
