And if you’re looking for a more budget-friendly option, grab a friend and do it together! Small group training lets you split the cost while getting the same expert guidance and accountability!

  • Your personal cheerleader (and drill sergeant 😘): I’ll be there to push you harder than you think you can go--because believe it or not, you’re capable of way more than you give yourself credit for! Plus, I bring the energy (and occasional tough love) to keep you motivated during each session!

  • No Extra Gym-Fees (for in-person clients): If you’re training in person, the cost of the space is on me--no extra gym membership needed--just show up ready to work!

  • Holistic Growth: Our work together will go beyond just the actual workouts! We will dive into mindset, habits, and how to overcome the obstacles that may be holding you back from getting to where you want to be. Growth is contagious--you might find yourself leveling up in your career, relationships, and daily life too!

  • Flexible Options: 1:1 or Small Group: Want all the attention on you? Opt for one-on-one sessions. Prefer to split the cost and share the fun with an accountability buddy? Small group training is the way to go.
